Consultation and Location
For clients who require counselling for issues that are not complex and have come up fairly recently I am able to offer focused dynamic therapy and can incorporate Cognitive Behavioural therapy when it may be useful to address thinking patterns that are unhelpful or negative. For issues and emotional difficulties that have been around for a sustained period or for which there are less obvious causes, longer-term counselling or psychotherapy can be the appropriate choice. It can help you to clarify your thoughts and feelings and recognise unhelpful repetitive patterns to allow you to make new choices, decisions and even significant changes in your life if desired.
If you would like to make an enquiry about having counselling or psychotherapy in Teddington, near Twickenham and Hampton Wick,I would be very pleased to answer any questions about the therapy process or my experience of providing therapy in Richmond . The next step would be to have an initial consultation to discuss your situation and personal requirements and to see if we both think counselling or psychotherapy would be helpful to you.
My practice has free-parking and is wheel-chair accessible. It is based 10 minutes walking distance from Teddington and Hampton Wick train stations and bus routes providing services to nearby Twickenham, Hampton, Kingston-on-Thames, Richmond and London Waterloo.
